About The Team’s Key Members:
LCE is focused on product development, and is made up of a collection of very talented engineers and support staff that have been collected over the years. The founder of LCE has been assembling the team over the last 20 years by basically working with a large number of engineers and employing the ones that show exceptional engineering talent. This model has proven to build a very strong and knowledgeable team over the years.
Robert Baranowski – Founder and President - Leads most of the design projects with more than 25 years of electrical design experience for both military and commercial projects with extensive hardware design experience in wireless, power, audio, controllers, location-aware and sensors. His software design and development experience involves user interfaces, drivers and applications. He is an inventor on about 20 issued patents. Previously, Rob was with Sony and Motorola in their cellular design and special projects groups. He holds a Masters of Electrical Engineering from Villanova University. Active in the community, Rob has founded a non-profit instructional baseball program and coaches high school baseball.
Anita Baranowski - CEO - Majority shareholder and business development with the company since 2000. Anita has a background of more than 25 years of marketing and business management. Previously, she was head of public relations for Six Flags, has been a consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies, and was a television anchor and reporter. She has a B.A. in Communications and Broadcast Journalism from Texas Tech University. Baranowski serves on several non-profit boards and is an active volunteer for music, the arts and youth sports in the community.
Amy Archipov - Engineering Coordinator/Office Manager with the company since 2012. Manages daily office operations, supports business development and project management as well. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Buffalo, NY and a Master of Science from San Diego State University in Interdisciplinary Studies: Management of Manufacturing Engineering.
Design Team
Hardware Team - The hardware team specializes in precision sensors, RF (Radio Frequency) / RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) design, PCB design, embedded systems, high-end audio, CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) / FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) design and microprocessor-based systems.
Software Team - The software team brings strength and expertise in embedded system development, ranging from large to no OS implementations. The team also offers expertise in web-based client-server systems, PC apps, databases, wireless software & protocols, location-aware technology and graphical user interfaces.
